TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETAILER ACCOUNTS

Marketing Philosophy

We depend primarily on word-of-mouth promotion with little or no conventional advertising and pass on the savings to our customers. We believe golfers must have the opportunity to use a BIGFACE(tm) 1 driver under normal playing conditions. Given this opportunity, golfer reports indicate perceived performance improvement, usually stated as "more shots on the fairway", "easier to hit", and "huge sweetspot".

We seek to develop relationships with existing, traditional, retailers willing to participate as a Retailer Account. To support them, we have developed the following Terms and Conditions.

To generate name recognition and interest in our products, Tech Line will continue to accept direct consumer sales at our published retail price on a satisfaction guaranteed basis.

Terms and Conditions for Retail Accounts

  1. Brick and Mortar: You must be a retailer of sporting goods with essentially all sales of Tech Line products generated through your walk-in location.
  2. Demo Clubs: We recommend purchase of Tech Line demo clubs, making them available to your customers for use in actual play, and display Tech Line literature. Retailers may purchase up to three BIGFACE 1, demo drivers at an additional discount off the wholesale price for use during the current golf season. Tech Line will provide the brochures at no cost.
  3. Minimum Inventory System: Retailers needn't tie up their operating capital in inventory. Tech Line will carry the inventory and normally ship orders on 1-day notice. Although there are no inventory requirements, retailers find that a very small inventory will allow them to provide good service to their customers.
  4. Price: There are no volume discounts. All products are invoiced at the wholesale price, which includes UPS Ground shipping charges. Faster delivery is available with associated special handling charges.
  5. Terms: All orders are Net 30. Terms for delinquent accounts are COD, with an additional charge of $5.50 per order.
